We monitor our patients closely to keep them as safe as possible during procedures that require general anesthesia. Our team will continually assess your pet’s heart and respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs (SpO2 and respiratory CO2) to help prevent any anesthetic risk.
As dogs and cats get older, they need more attention and special care. Our senior wellness program can help your pet remain fit and healthy as he or she ages and help us catch any potential problems earlier, when they’re easier to treat or manage. Regular veterinary exams can actually help your pet live longer, too!
Las Posas Veterinary Medical Center and our sister location Channel Islands Veterinary Hospital have been performing endoscopy in-house for over 30 years and are two of only a few hospitals in the area that offers this specialized technology often found only at veterinary specialty facilities and universities.
